2. Can I Reserve Backorders?

3. Resale Certificate?

We collect Sales Tax on orders in 30 or more states. If your company is engaged in resale of goods and have a resale certificate from your state, please submit it to us prior to placing your order for us to enable Tax Exemption on your account.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on the Tracking Number.

5. I want to customize my order

Please call us or email us to discuss your customization request. We offer fast turn around, local and overseas production depending on volume. The cost of customization is in addition to the blank product (i.e. hat, shirt).

6. Local Pickup or delivery?

• Local Pick Up: We allow local pickup from our warehouse by appointment only with a minimum order of $100. We do not allow walk-in visitors. All visitors must follow local masking rules.

• Local Delivery: We offer local delivery in Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange county for $60 flat rate with a minimum order of $100.
